AUTHENTICITY

 

Ever since we launched our very first collections, we have been known for our authenticity because we're always bringing out the newest and most exciting products, tailor-made for the booming modest market. Our stores are also the most exciting retail spaces in the hijab industry. We are well-known for our huge hijab wall that presents hijabs of all trending colors, fabrics, and patterns. We love uniqueness, so we have secured trademarks and patents for our colors, textiles, and some merchandising displays such as our Hijab Wall.

HIJAB WALL

 

Hijab House is unlike any modest clothing store. A unique experience where new designs are introduced every 2 to 4 weeks. The hijab wall is the focal point of every store, it displays a range of colored and pattern hijab designs that can be matched with stylish accessories and ready to wear garments.

We have also developed a custom manufacturing process for the Hijab Wall.

 

 

OPERATIONAL CAPABILITY

 

We maintain full control over the development, sourcing and manufacturing our collections. Quality control for all Hijab House collections is managed by a third party quality control service.

Warehousing and logistics activity of Hijab House is managed by 3PL providers. Our supply chain strategy is focused on simplicity and flexibility.

We have implemented a global cloud POS system. It is connected to our online store, HR and rostering system. On finance team maintains all book-keeping, accounting and budget analysis responsibilities.

We monitor customer data and adapt our production and performance requirements accordingly.

 

 

SOCIAL MEDIA NETWORK

 

Our main channels of communication are Facebook and Instagram. We have a community of close to 1 million followers across our different channels. We use emails, WhatsApp as well as our SMS database to update customers on their orders and sales activities. We have also built strong relationships with Modest Fashion Personalities such as Nawal Sari, WithLoveLeena, Summer Albarcha, Yassmin Jay and Dian Pelangi.
