WHAT can be returned?
All full priced items (except for Hijabs, Caps, Swim caps and hoods, Pins, Hijab Rings, Scrunchies & Accessories) purchased from Hijab House can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the purchase date. Only unworn products in their original condition may be returned. All tags must still be attached. Only items that have been issued a code through our returns centre will be returned online. SALE items purchased from Hijab House cannot be refunded but may be returned for an exchange or credit note.
All Hijabs, caps, swim hoods and caps cannot be refunded or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Pins, scrunchies & accessories cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Instore purchases cannot be returned or exchanged online. Online purchases may be returned instore for an exchange or credit note only.
All instore purchases can only be returned with a valid store receipt.
All refunds can only be made to the same payment method as the original purchase. For example, if purchase was made via credit card the refund must be made on the same card.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
You are able to return any items within 14 days of the original purchase date. This period excludes shipping transit time.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Items need to be returned to Building 1, 10-13 Phiney Place Ingleburn NSW 2565. A complimentary return sticker will be included in your order with our returns address on it. Please make sure you visit our returns centre here before sending your goods back to us otherwise we may not be able to process your return. We also recommend that you send your items back with a trackable service in order to make sure your return is smooth.
HOW do customers return items?
To return an item, visit our returns centre here. Make sure you are logged in to your store account. Follow the prompts on the returns centre page to exchange or return an item. You will then be given a returns code. This code should be written on your returns slip which is also included in your order. You are then able to return the item back to us. Please note, all return postage costs must be paid for by the customer. We also advise that you send back your returns with a trackable service so as to avoid any delays for your refunds and credits.
SHIPPING for returns?
Shipping for returns is paid for by the customer. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the cost of postage on any orders unless goods supplied are faulty or incorrectly provided.
CREDIT for returns?
For refunds, we will return the funds to your PayPal account or credit card account once we receive your goods. Please allow up to 5 working days for refunds to be processed.
For exchanges, we will issue you with an exchange voucher once we receive your goods. This voucher will be used to purchase a new item from our online store and is valid for 12 months. If you have any issues with your exchange voucher you can contact us here. Please note, exchange vouchers do not include the cost of return postage.
Instore return option?
Instore exchanges and credit notes are possible. Instore exchanges must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. SALE items cannot be returned instore. Returns of online store purchases cannot be refunded instore.
Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached. Items will not be accepted for return if they are stained, worn, soiled or modified from their original condition.
